You Need to Hear These High-Vibe Musicians Part 2
Earlier, I posted a story about some of my favorite “High Vibe” Musical artists, and I hope I was able to turn people on to some excellent, life-affirming music.
What do you mean by “High Vibe Music”?
In that earlier article, I included this definition (but I still don’t think it’s complete.)
“High Vibe music is a genre of music that is designed to uplift and inspire. It is often characterized by positive, upbeat melodies and lyrics that focus on themes of joy, love, and positivity. It often incorporates elements of other genres such as pop, rock, and electronic music. The goal of High Vibe music is to create a feeling of joy and positivity in the listener.” Volt.fm
An article at Subconscious Servant goes further and breaks down High Vibe music into 8 different subsections. Using that criterion, the music I’m talking about would be dubbed “Music with Conscious Lyrics.”
Protecting My Energy
As an autistic woman moving through an often hostile world, it’s crucial for me to protect my energy from the outrageous slings and arrows of fortune with which we’re all faced every day.
That’s why I created my Soul-Lit .
A Soul-Lit is, simply put, intentional consumption. Making sure you don’t let things into your mental/emotional/physical space that don’t align with your intention (my intention is happiness and peace…what’s yours?).
Music is very much part of my Soul-Lit, and these artists are entirely Soul-Lit-Friendly.
A Few More of My Favorite High-Vibe Artists
In no particular order, here are seven more of my favorite high-vibe artists.
The vibe: Cool pop princess with amazing, deep lyrics. When I hear the songs of Moonlight Scorpio and other high-vibe artists who are in their early 20s, I feel more hopeful for the future.
Recommended Track: Pretty Girl Magic
The vibe: Holy groove, Londrelle is a fascinating musician! I don’t know how to explain his sound, but it’s groovy and it’s deep.
Recommended Track: Elevate Your Mind
The Vibe: Puts me in mind of Ms. Lauryn Hill with their clever lyrics that are rapped/sung over infectious grooves.
Recommended Track: I Like Me
The Vibe: Super high-caliber singer-songwriter with mad guitar chops.
Recommended Track: I Choose Me
The Vibe: Transcendent and ethereal but somehow rooted deeply in the earth. They seem to have a great sense of humor, too…check out their song Mercury in Retrograde.
Recommended Track: The Palace
The Vibe: Cool boho girl with a pretty voice and empowering songs.
Recommended Track: Manifesting Magic
The Vibe: Totally uplifting spiritual trap music. I love watching this artist bop around in her videos!
